About Onside

Onside builds and runs AI-native operations for businesses where the workflow doesn't fit off-the-shelf software. We started in insurance automation — and we still do it — but the methodology works anywhere the operator knows their process and needs it to actually run.

Built from the inside out

We started inside insurance agencies — running workflows before we automated them. Renewals, carrier portal data entry, compliance cycles, client communications. We learned what breaks, what scales, and what actually saves time. When AI became production-ready, we didn't have to figure out what to automate. We already knew.

That inside-out model is how we approach every engagement now. We don't show up with a generic AI pitch. We learn the workflow, identify what's worth automating, and build something that runs — then we operate it.

What's running

A Gulf Coast insurance agency is running renewal automation — tracking policy cycles, flagging at-risk accounts, and handling carrier portal work that used to eat an employee's week.

A Galveston Bay charter operation books trips across multiple boats and domains without a front desk. The same system handles availability, confirmations, and post-trip follow-up.

A Houston property services company runs intake, scheduling, and client ops on custom infrastructure built to match how they actually work — not how a SaaS vendor assumed they would.

Onside itself runs on the same stack we deploy for clients. Our revenue tracking, pipeline ops, and client communications are all automated by the same technology.

How we work

We're a small, focused team that builds things that work. No massive sales teams. No layers of management. Just engineers building agents and deploying them for clients.

Every agent we deploy is monitored, observable, and accountable. We eat our own dog food — our own business runs on the same agent infrastructure we deploy for clients. Our renewal engine, our revenue tracking, our compliance monitoring — all automated by the same technology we sell.
